Double Board-Certified Obstetrician / Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist | Harvard Instructor

Dr. Seidler is passionate about empowering patients with knowledge and providing them with options. She specializes in fertility preservation with egg freezing, LGBTQ+ family building, and PCOS, combining clinical precision with heartfelt care.

She completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at Boston IVF and Harvard’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and continues to teach as an Instructor at Harvard Medical School. She also educates thousands through social media as @emilyseidlermd on Instagram.

Pietro Bortoletto, MD, MSc FACOG

Double Board-Certified Obstetrician / Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist

Dr. Bortoletto focuses on surgical and medical treatments for patients with endometriosis, fibroids, recurrent pregnancy loss, and uterine anomalies. He’s also an educator and researcher, with over 60 peer-reviewed publications and national leadership roles in fertility journal publishing.

Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Dr. Bortoletto brings both surgical expertise and deep compassion to his care.

Denis Vaughan, MD, FACOG

Originally from Cork, Ireland, Dr. Vaughan brings warmth, rigor, and a scientist’s mindset to his work. He specializes in complex fertility challenges, onco-fertility, and male infertility.

As Director of Clinical Research at a leading fertility clinic, he led studies on sperm selection, genetics, and reproductive outcomes, always aiming to improve future care.

Wafa Osmani - Medical Assistant. I have learned so much as a medical assistant at Terra. I have loved ones who have gone through infertility so seeing this from the clinical side has been so informative. I think that learning about your own health can be so empowering. It is great to see our patients progress and grow through their own journeys!

Jenny Chau - Medical Assistant. Working in fertility care allows me to build meaningful relationships with patients while supporting them through one of the most important journeys of their lives. I love collaborating with the team at Terra Fertility to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and celebrate each milestone alongside our patients.

Roger Atkinson - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), I provide safe, compassionate, and individualized anesthesia care throughout each patient's procedure. I take the time to educate and reassure patients so they feel informed, comfortable, and confident before anesthesia, then remain by their side throughout the procedure while closely monitoring their breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and overall safety and comfort. Supporting patients during such an important step in their fertility journey is a privilege and one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

Hannah Shabanowitz - Embryologist. I became interested in embryology at a young age through my father, who is a lab director, and I've loved the field ever since. I love working with the advanced technology here at Terra to watch embryos develop while helping patients grow their families!

Bryan Kloos - Director of the IVF Laboratory. With over 20 years of experience in human reproduction, I have dedicated my career to advancing the field of IVF as a scientist, embryologist, and laboratory director. My expertise includes clinical embryology, laboratory quality management, and improving fertility outcomes through research and innovation. I have presented scientific work nationally and internationally and continue to contribute to the advancement of reproductive science and assisted reproductive technologies.

Gee Martinez - AR Specialist. I have worked in the medical field for several years, and my role at Terra Fertility has given me the opportunity to learn more about the world of fertility and the impact this work has on patients’ lives. I recently experienced the incredible joy of seeing a patient receive the results they had been hoping for, and I am so grateful to be part of those moments. Working at Terra helped me see that magic really exists.

Shakima Fields - Lead Financial Counselor and Verification of Benefits Specialist - As a Lead Financial Counselor and Verification of Benefits Specialist at Terra, I work closely with patients to help them navigate the financial/insurance aspects of fertility treatment. I find great meaning in being part of a team that helps individuals and families achieve their dreams of parenthood, and I am grateful for the opportunity to provide guidance and support along the way.

Jessica Kania - Registered Nurse. I enjoy getting to be a small part of fertility patient experience as they build their dream family. I love knowing I am making a difference in their journey!

Kamil Rodriguez - Financial Counselor. Having gone through IVF, I know firsthand how much the right support can matter. At Terra, I get to combine my background in healthcare administration and psychology with my passion for helping people feel informed, understood, and cared for during a life-changing chapter of their lives.

Karyn Padilla - Front Desk Coordinator. As the Front Desk Coordinator, I enjoy being one of the first people patients meet when they begin their care. I love contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered environment so that every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for.

Julie Joyner - Sonographer. As a Sonographer with 20 years of experience, I feel fortunate to use the skills I’ve cultivated to do meaningful work—helping couples and individuals plan and grow their families. Being a part of their journeys is incredibly rewarding, both personally and professionally.

Toni Lyder - Financial Coordinator. I started my journey at Terra at the front desk before transitioning to my role as a Financial Coordinator. I love being able to support patients through the financial aspects of treatment and helping make the process feel a little less overwhelming.

Devin Hayes - Precertification Specialist. As a Precertification Specialist at Terra Fertility, I help patients navigate the insurance authorization process so they can focus on their fertility journey with greater peace of mind. What I enjoy most about working in the fertility field is knowing that my work supports individuals and families as they pursue their dreams of parenthood, and I find it especially meaningful to be part of a team at Terra Fertility that is committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.
