These Terms apply to all visitors, patients, prospective patients, and others who access or use the Services.
- Description of Services
Terra Fertility, LLC (“Terra Fertility,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a reproductive endocrinology and infertility clinic located in Massachusetts. Our Site provides general information about our clinic, clinical staff, treatment options, and fertility services. - Impersonate Terra Fertility or any of its staff.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
- No Medical Advice
Important: The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
Tools such as egg freezing calculators or ovarian reserve estimators are educational tools only and do not produce a clinical diagnosis or treatment plan. Always consult with a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist regarding your individual health situation.
In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software — is the property of Terra Fertility, LLC or its content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described therein.
As a healthcare provider, Terra Fertility also maintains a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices that governs the use and disclosure of your protected health information (PHI) in the context of clinical care.
- Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Terra Fertility does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terra Fertility, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Terra Fertility, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.
- Changes to These Terms
